I have chosen this topic because other than I am working in a digital marketing agency, I've seen businesses myself, fall when this pandemic came. One of the things that the agency thought me and the changes that made me realized is, the internet has created a brand-new market. Digital marketing has become the standard for a successful company. Digital marketing helps businesses in a variety of ways. It has the ability to boost visibility and sales. After all, the primary goal of a business owner is to maximize earnings, and engage their target market.


Most of the people are now much more active online. Best way and most common way in engaging with customers is through the use of Social Media Platforms. Through the use of these platforms, a business won't just be able to showcase its purpose but it is a way where they can easily communicate and reach out to their customers. There are also video marketing, content marketing, email marketing and more! There are a lot of services in a digital marketing can offer. It can also help with the brand's exposure, and since most of the business are now using digital marketing, they can get an evaluation of their competitors and create a strategy in driving customers better. Make sure to also know the 'target market', the brand personality and the environment.


Digital marketing might be hard at first but people can learn as long as they love and they want to learn. This is one of the new normal and a crucial way in surviving a business in this pandemic. However, customers are still humans which means this might be very effective in a business, the physical and actual services will still be the basis in its growth so earn the trust of the customers by serving them based on the capabilities and what they've seen online.
